The purpose of this assessment is for you to reflect and score yourself on how well you're going against the project fundamentals framework which is based on interviews with 80 technical leaders from government, universities and industry.
Upon completion of the assessment, you will immediately receive your results and have access to the Project Fundamentals Improvement Plan document to help you improve your score. Within this document you will find your top 10 actions based on your role (Technical specialist, Team/Project leader & Technical manager) to start the journey immediately. You can also dive deeper into the plan for additional strategies, actions, and tools to improve the remaining areas of the project fundamentals framework you scored low in.
