Virtual Collaboration

Virtual Collaboration has no central location, and everyone is 100% remote.

Hybrid Collaboration involves a face-to-face team collaborating with remote participants.

  • Brainstorming done on the whiteboard so all can contribute.
  • Remote people always given equal importance by the facilitator.

  • Typical duration ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours to ensure remote people remain engaged.

Face to Face Collaboration

Face to Face Collaboration located together in one single location.

Pros & Cons
  • Most of the work is being done verbally as people collaborate and discuss ideas.
  • Reduced productivity as it’s limited by a scribe, 20 people, 60 ideas in 30 minutes.
  • Side conversations help to build lasting relationships.
