The Tri Helix Group specialises in accelerating projects at crucial times within the project lifecycle by facilitating meaningful and productive conversations to allow teams to focus, make decisions and take action.
Over the years Tri helix Group has supported more than 80 projects and assisted 1,300 participants (who collectively spent a total 17,000 hours) in 1100 hours of facilitated workshops. We have learnt what does and does not work — and we will bring these experiences to this collaboration.

From this knowledgeable backdrop, Tri Helix Group, led by David Jenkins, has developed a unique and successful approach to business improvement. We call it the Tri Helix Way. David has 35 years in engineering project delivery in key leadership and governance roles for a diverse range of large construction, software and technology projects, in the engineering, construction and maintenance fields.

I provide systems improvement strategies, leadership and project-management capabilities to organisations in many industries; to leverage high-end “return on investment”, plant and business outcomes.
Specialist in Strategy Development, by helping boards of companies and their advisers with major strategic and business decisions. Strategy consulting experience ranges from the metals industry, to consulting to the public sector, utilities and infrastructure providers.

Whether it is facilitating people and bringing their ideas together, coaxing alignment and building acceptance, Synthesis, Innovation, Sustainability – these are the hallmarks of how Philip makes his contribution to the endeavours he is part of.
Sensibly managing risk is central to every successful project because, to be effective, identifying risks and managing them requires every team member to take ownership. Risk has to be everybody’s business – every day.

Licia has worked in both the public and private sector, for both large and small organisations and more recently as a taxation agent working with small and large businesses.
AngloGold Ashanti recently had a relationship issue with a service company that was severely affecting the level of maintenance services being provided to a number of their operations.
